How to download Instagram data
- 1 Open Instagram
- 2 Go to "Settings and activity"
- 3 Open "Accounts Center (Meta)"
- 4 Tap "Your information and permissions"
- 5 Tap "Export your information"
- 6 Select the correct Instagram account
- 7 In "Customize information", keep only "Followers and people/pages followed"
- 8 Remove all other categories to export only the data needed for analysis
- 9 Set date range to "All time", format to JSON, and media quality to Medium
- 10 Tap "Start export" and wait for the Meta email
- 11 Download the .zip file and upload it here
